About Psych of Sales

Psych of Sales builds native-language SDR + closer pods for US-based B2B companies. We plug multilingual sales teams into your existing pipeline so buyers feel understood from the first touch.

Underneath the brand is a simple idea: the language your buyers think in should match the language your sales team speaks.

What Psych of Sales does

We help B2B companies in the United States sell into multilingual communities by building native-language sales pods — teams of setters and closers who operate in your buyers’ first language and inside your existing systems.

  • For companies – we design, staff and manage pods that handle appointment-setting and closing for specific languages (starting with Arabic and Spanish, with others to follow).
  • For agencies – we act as a white-label multilingual sales layer, so you can offer “done-for-you” sales capacity to your clients without building it in-house.
  • For sales talent – we create stable pods for multilingual setters and closers who want serious, measured work with clear expectations and upside.

Everything we do is grounded in owner’s math: ACV, margin, close rate, CAC and payback. If the numbers don’t work on paper, we don’t recommend launching a pod.

Why multilingual sales pods

In the US, a huge share of real buying power sits inside communities where English is a second language. Most go-to-market strategies acknowledge this in marketing, but not in sales.

  • Language = trust – big buying decisions are emotional and rational. People move faster when they can ask questions and express doubt in the language they’re most comfortable with.
  • Cultural context matters – tone, pacing, examples and objections all change across communities. Native-language reps understand both the words and the unwritten rules.
  • Sales is the last mile – if your ads and content speak to a community but your sales calls flip back to English, you create friction right where the deal should move forward.

Psych of Sales exists to close that gap: multilingual sales capacity that feels natural to your buyers and measurable to your leadership team.

How the model works

Pods, not one-off reps

We work in pods: small teams of setters and closers aligned to a language, time zone and ICP. Pods plug into your existing CRM and stack, so you see activity, pipeline and revenue like any internal team.

Owner’s math first

Before we launch, we run simple owner’s math on your numbers: deal size, volume, close rate, margin and budget. If a pod can’t hit your CAC and payback targets in theory, we won’t recommend it in practice.

Shared incentives

For managed pods, you pay a base pod fee plus performance-based upside. We handle paying the reps (base + % + SPIFFs) and managing the pod, so everyone is aligned on meetings, pipeline and revenue — not just dials.

How we work with companies

  • 1. Run the math – we review your offer, ICP, current funnel and numbers via the Run the Math intake. You get a clear “yes / no / not yet” on whether a pod makes sense.
  • 2. Design the pod – if there’s a fit, we design the pod: languages, number of setters/closers, hours, comp model and reporting structure mapped to your systems.
  • 3. Launch and measure – we plug into your CRM, run outreach in your buyers’ language and report on meetings, show rates, pipeline and closed revenue.
  • 4. Scale or shut down – if the pod hits your numbers, we can add headcount or languages. If it doesn’t, we adjust assumptions or shut it down without ego.

If you’re considering multilingual pods, the best first step is to run the math together.

How we work with setters & closers

Psych of Sales is not a quick-commission marketplace. We’re building long-term pods of multilingual reps who want to be measured, coached and paid fairly for serious work.

  • Structured intake – we ask about your languages, niches, numbers and tools so we know where you fit.
  • Bench and pod placement – once vetted, you’re added to a bench by language and vertical, then placed into pods that match your profile and availability.
  • Clear expectations – we care about meetings, show rates, qualified pipeline and revenue. Scripts, coaching and feedback are part of the job.
