How Psych of Sales works.
We build and run native-language SDR + closer pods for US-based B2B companies, using owner’s math to decide when pods make sense — and when they don’t.
Companies and talent both run through clear flows — so everyone knows what happens next and how success is measured.
Two sides, one system
Psych of Sales is a two-sided model:
- Companies – US-based B2B businesses that want pods of native-language setters and closers to reach specific communities.
- Setters & closers – multilingual reps who already know how to book meetings and close deals in their language.
Both sides run through intake forms, math and vetting before pods go live. No mystery, no “just trust us” — we show our work.
For companies: how a pod goes live
1. Run the math
You share your ICP, US markets, languages, ACV range, close rate, sales cycle, margin, 12-month revenue target and budget. We plug your numbers into owner’s math to see if a pod is economically justified.
2. Fit decision
Behind the scenes, we calculate expected revenue, gross profit, pod costs, payback period and a simple ROI. You get a clear read: yes, no or not yet for a pod based on your numbers.
If the math doesn’t work on paper, we tell you why — and what would need to change.
3. Pod & comp design
If it’s a fit, we design the pod: mix of setters/closers, languages, hours and KPI targets. We align on a pod fee plus performance-based upside that matches your unit economics and sales cycle.
4. Launch, measure, adjust
We plug into your CRM, dialer and channels, launch multilingual scripts and cadences, and start booking meetings. Weekly we review meetings, show rates, pipeline and revenue, then keep, fix or kill plays based on data.
Owner’s math: what we look at
We’re not guessing. Before we recommend a pod, we run simple but serious owner’s math based on your inputs:
Deal & funnel
- ACV range and close rate.
- Sales cycle in weeks.
- Current meetings per month.
Profit & payback
- Gross margin on closed deals.
- Expected gross profit from pod-driven meetings.
- Months to recover pod and setup costs.
Risk & scaling
- How sensitive results are to small changes in ACV or close rate.
- When adding more pods or languages makes sense.
- When we should stop or redesign the pod.
If we can’t draw a straight line from pod cost to believable profit and payback, we won’t push you into it.
For setters & closers: how pods work
Pods are built around real offers, real math and real expectations. Here’s what the journey looks like for talent.
1. Apply once
You share your languages, niches, tools, performance and availability in a single intake. We use that to understand where you might fit.
2. Tag & vet
We tag your profile by language, markets, ACV range and experience level. Strong fits move to pod interviews; early-stage reps may get feedback and training suggestions first.
3. Pod interview
You meet with us or a pod lead to walk through scripts, mock calls and your numbers. We align on expectations, KPIs and how you’ll be supported.
4. Bench & placement
When a client pod matches your language, niche and schedule, we place you with clear KPIs, reporting and a payout structure. Pods are measured on meetings, show rates and revenue — not vibes.
