Who we’re looking for

We’re building a bench of multilingual setters and closers who understand both the language and the business context of US-based B2B buyers.

  • Native or near-native speakers – Arabic, Spanish, French and other languages spoken by US business owners and decision-makers.
  • B2B sales experience – you’ve booked meetings or closed deals for agencies, SaaS, logistics, healthcare, professional services or other B2B offers.
  • Real performance history – you know your average meetings per week, close rate or best months and can talk through how you got those results.
  • Comfort with systems – you’re used to working inside CRMs, dialers and email tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, Salesforce, Instantly, etc.).

How it works for setters & closers

1. Apply once

Share your languages, niches, tools, performance and availability. One good intake is enough for us to understand where you fit.

2. Auto-tag & review

We tag your profile by language, markets and experience, then review manually. If you’re a strong fit, you move to pod interviews.

3. Pod interview

You’ll meet with us or a pod lead to walk through scripts, mock calls and your past performance, then agree on expectations.

4. Bench & placement

When a client pod matches your language, niche and schedule, we plug you in with clear KPIs, reporting and a payout structure.

Base + upside (where it fits)

For managed pods, we combine base, commission and SPIFFs. Structures vary by client, role and performance — we scope them with you.

Measured, supported work

We care about show rates, qualified pipeline and revenue — and give you the scripts, coaching and feedback loops to improve.
